17 y.o. male with epilepsy lasting 6 years. Seizures had a form of temporal complex partail seizures with 1 secondarily generalized fit.  None of AED effective.

His EEG - interictal - revealed mild discharges in right temporal region.

MRI showed mass in right amygdala region.

He was operated on Dec 2008 - he is seizure free till now. A tumor within amygdala region was removed.
