Scans of 3 MRI sections with location of foci
10 y.o. male, with frequent frontal seizures of partial symptomatology; he started to have fits for since 9 y.o., they had a form of sudden emotional agitation, some genitary manipulations and loud vocalization. Seizures were resistant to most AED since the beginning.
EEG showed no prominent abnormalities while interictal
MRI showed a focus of cortical dysplasia within parasagital region of right frontal lobe.
He was operated on Jun 2008 - lesionectomy of FCD
