16 y.o. male, with complex partial seizures and rare secondary generalized seizures of temporal semiology. His seizures were controlled with AED for essential time, than pharmacoresistance developed.
His EEG showed intermittent traces of spiking and slow wave activity within right temporal region
MRI showed cystic tumor within mesiotemporal structures of right temporal lobe
He was operated on Jun 2006 - gross part of the right temporal lobe was removed
