18 y.o. male, with typical MTLE epilepsy and IB&IC seizures which started at age of 3. Occasionally seizures were controlled, recently some pharmacoresistance developed.
His EEG showed traces of low-amplitude spiking within left temporal region.
MRI showed MTLE within left temporal region
He was operated on Oct 2007 - Yasargil mode AHT with prominent tumor of hippocampus. Seizure free since than till may 2009 - one occasional IC fit
